PRODUCTION BASE :

We have all the facilities with latest machines and technology to manufacture quality garments in Knits and woven. They have full fledge development/ Sampling section which can translate your sketches in to the attractive product as per your visions. Our dedicated Production facility and the Team are our strength today.

Yarn, Kintting, Dying, Print, Embroidery, Washing, Garment dying , Tie dye units Sewing to Packing.

Knitting

Our most sophisticated and modern knitting machines all, imported from abroad are capable of providing the most intricate knitting designs / patterns required to suit the changing trends. All machines have Lycra attachment.

Dyeing

Our dyeing unit is situated in the outskirts of Tirupur and has the facility of doing sample programs & bulk production having automatic lab dip machines & manual lab dip machines besides water effluent treatment plants all these facilities enable us to add new customers.

Cutting

Lay cutting machines with automatic spreader that are highly advanced are been installed in our product unit. A separate squad is been appointed to make quality check fabric cut and stitching! To avoid angle variations in shape, we use effective band knife cutting machines.

Sewing

We have the privilege of providing the widest range of Stitching styles, to suit any buyer around the globe. We possess 250 sewing machines all are sophisticated and most Modern machines imported from Japan.

Printing

Chest Printing Machines with capacity 5,000 pieces a day. To print upto 12 colours chest printing with Non PVC also.

All type of Prints like Pigment prints, Gady prints, Foil prints, Flock prints, High density prints, Gel prints are made inhouse which gives the Value addition in the garments.

Embroidery

Computerized embroidery machines are set up in our embroidery department. The high accuracy BARUDAN brand embroidery machine is imported from Japan. There are two machines in carding, boring and sequins attachment facilities. Twenty heads work in each machine. Having sampling m/c 5 heads.
